I try to look up opinions about the Series 7 finale, “The Name of the Doctor” because it airs today in the US at 8:00pm. But what do I find?
Spoilers. Everywhere! Every. Single. Time. And I’m not the only one!
Fortunately, my computer mouse hasn’t managed to click on any links leading to THE spoiler: the Doctor’s name. I know nearly nothing, thank goodness, but I can’t wait to watch it…
Soon, the ultimate question, the first question, will be answered. But I’m not quite sure I want to know his name. But there’s a feeling I can’t shake that it’ll ruin the mystery of the entire show; “Doctor who?” won’t be asked any longer. If the Doctor’s name is revealed, the entire episode will be like a big, giant, enormously huge spoiler. After all, didn’t Dorian Maldovar call it “The question that must never be answered”?!
I should’ve done this earlier, but here’s my message to Moffat:
I DON’T WANT THE QUESTION TO BE ANSWERED.
Take advice from River Song (or Professor Song, as she sometimes prefers)… “Spoilers, sweetie.”
